Yes. We don't believe in tiered SaaS pricing for accounting software. Every customer gets every feature for $29.99/month — solo freelancer, 5-person team, or 10-entity holding company.
There isn't one. We pass through standard card processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH) — the same rates Stripe charges. We don't add a markup. The $29.99/month subscription is the only thing we charge you for.
No. Add as many companies as you need. The Enterprise dashboard rolls them all up. Intercompany invoicing is included. Switch between them with one click.
No. Invite your accountant, your bookkeeper, your team — there is no per-seat fee. You can scope each user to specific companies for security.
On day 7, you'll get a heads-up email asking if you want to continue. If you do, add a payment method and you'll be billed $29.99 to start your first month. If you don't, your account stays in read-only mode for 30 days, then is fully exported and deleted.
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in two clicks. We'll prorate the remaining days in your current month, refund the unused portion, and export all your data as CSV/PDF for your records.
No. We don't want to build a half-product to support a freemium model. The 7-day trial is the equivalent — full access to everything, no commitment.
Yes — and they don't pay anything extra. Invite them as a CPA user and they can access the books, run reports, and post journal entries. They can't see your billing or change your subscription.
Yes. On cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything (CSV + PDF for invoices/bills). After that, all data is permanently deleted in compliance with our retention policy.
